Maverick Advising Center (the MAC)

The Maverick Advising Center (MAC) supports students in Exploratory Studies for up to 45 credit hours. Additionally, the MAC provides tailored guidance to prospective transfer students who are exploring potential majors at UNO. Whether you're a current student exploring majors, thinking of transferring to UNO, or are a part of our MetroMavs scholarship community, our advisors are here to help you navigate your academic journey. The MAC prepares students to choose an academic major with confidence and guides them to stay on track for graduation. Students work with their advisors to strive for academic success by:
